Service Level Agreement

97% Uptime Guarantee: If your connection is unavailable for more than twenty-four (24) hours in any calendar month you shall be credited that month for free.

First: A call must be placed to mc.net's Technical Support staff during the outage in order to troubleshoot the connection. Typically, an mc.net Wireless Specialist can be sent to your location within twenty-four (24) business hours if deemed necessary.

Second: Please send mc.net the following information in writing via postal mail or fax.
1. mc.net Username or Account Number.
2. Address where outage occurred.
3. Date and Time of outage.

This notification must be sent to mc.net within fifteen (15) days of the outage occurrence.
