A: Yes, mc.net can fix your PC for $50 for first three hours. $25 per hour after the initial three hour visit.
A: Yes, discounts are available to semi-annual and annual subscribers.
The monthly breakdown for annual subscribers is $14.95/mo. Some educators,
realtors and nonprofit organizations may be eligible for further discounts. You can
also signup for our "no frills" unlimited dialup available at $9.95/mo.

A: There are numerous numbers available to you depending on
where you are dialing from. For your access number click here.
A: There can be many reasons why you are getting disconnected. These
include:
- Bad or old modem drivers. See your modem manufacturer for details.
- Poor phone lines. Please call your phone provider to conduct a line
test. Remove any phone splitters and fax machines from the line.
- Virus or Spyware infection. Run up to date antivirus and spyware programs.
Bring your computer into mc.net for a cleanup.
A: Please allow two hours after activation before attempting to connect
to the Internet. If you continue to have problems contact technical support.
A: Wireless and Dialup accounts come with one "@mc.net" account and up
to five "@joltmail.com" accounts.
A: You can access your e-mail by visiting https://webmail.mc.net. This
interface acts as a supplement to your e-mail program. It currently does
not support address books, sent items or calendars. Once an e-mail is
deleted from the interface it has been completely removed from the server.
A: Most likely your ISP is requiring you to use their outgoing mail server
to send mail. For a list of third party servers click
here. If mc.net is your connection provider and you are using Outlook
or Outlook Express please check the box that states: "My Outgoing Server
requires authentication". If you require assistance please contact technical
support.
A: Most likely your software firewall, such as Norton Internet Security,
McAffee Firewall or Windows Firewall has been updated and is blocking
e-mail. We recommend you temporarily disable your firewall to test if
you can send/receive e-mail.
A: Spam/Virus filtering comes included with your mc.net e-mail account.

A: After you have developed your site you must upload the it to our server. Click

A: No, if you are interesting domain
based hosting click here.
A: Make sure you have created a folder called "public_html" and your
homepage is called index.html.
